Located on the rooftop of the Silver Cloud Hotel Stadium, our ballroom space has amazing views of Elliott Bay and can host corporate meetings, seminars, workshops, pre-game receptions and social events. Our space enables us to provide your group just the right amount of flexibility while at the same time providing individual attention and service from our trained staff of professionals.

The Avenue One Ballroom can be divided into two breakout rooms (Avenue one North and Avenue One South) allowing for a variety of setups for groups.The Royal Brougham Room can host up to 20 attendees and the Executive Boardroom can host up to 8 people in a comfortable private setting.
