Built in 1931 as Bothell Junior High, the campus has been transformed into McMenamins Anderson School, a wonderment of spaces to discover and for all to gather.

McMenamins reimagined the property to include: 72 guestrooms – all with private baths, televisions and free Wi-Fi; restaurants, small bars, a brewery, a movie theater, a swimming pool and event spaces. The five private event spaces accommodate groups of 10 to 600 guests, complete with onsite catering and handcrafted McMenamins beverages – which include our spirits, ales, hard cider and house-roasted coffee. Large groups can meet and celebrate in Haynes Hall, what was once the old gym. Or smaller groups can gather in meeting rooms with adjacent outdoor decks.

Guests are encouraged to wander and explore the grounds. Discover everything from The Woodshop and its games and pub fare, to the North Shore Lagoon, where a swimming pool and South Seas inspired pub await. Three small bars offer spaces to meet up after the formal meetings are over. Settle in for the night in a comfortable, art-filled classroom-turned-hotel room in the main Art-Deco style school building.
