Capacity: Conferences and conventions, parties and receptions for up to 250 guests. Indoor seating and an option for an outdoor lakeside activities with Mt. Rainier view available.

Parking: On–site, complimentary

Tables & Chairs: Facility provides tables and chairs for seating up to 250 guests in the Lodge and seating for up to 250 guests for outside ceremonies. Tables for beverage and food service, cocktail tables and a portable bar are also included in the rental.

Staff: Client responsibility

Bar Facilities: Facility provides optional portable bar for use. Client provides bar management (licensed bar tenders recommended) and a banquet permit.

Dance Floor: Portable 15’ X 12’ parquet dance floor

Linens, China, etc: Client responsibility

Cleanup: Client has some end of evening responsibilities–removal of décor, tableware and kitchen cleanup. Facility breaks down tables and chairs and provides other custodial services.

Decorations: Décor guidelines on website

Special Services: A one–hour consultation for designing your perfect event included in your rental fee. On–site AV equipment and sound system, large warming kitchen and outside arboretum for stunning photography are also available.
