Butler Seattle

In 1994, Stuart & Jeremy Butler founded Butler Valet. Their mission was to ensure that every guest they served felt welcome, special, secure and respected. With the success of the Valet business, a vision of the hospitality and event industry, and encouraged by their clients, the Butlers expanded into Transportation and became the premier custom wine tour provider in the Puget Sound area. Thus was born Butler Seattle. They still hold to their mission vision of making every guest feel welcome, special, secure and respected.

Banquet & Event

The 1989 Wedding Resource Guide was the first printed guide in the Puget Sound region specifically for the wedding and event planners. It expanded a couple of years later to two guides, one specifically for wedding couples and the other for corporate and non-wedding event planners. The Northwest Event Show was originally held in 1994 at the Paramount Theater to celebrate the advertisers in the Event Resource Guide. The NWES has now expanded to two days, 300+ exhibiting companies and a full complement of education and inspirational speakers.

Butler Events

Butler Seattle was among B&E’s first clients. Through the years, the friendship and collaboration grew between the two companies. They merged at the start of 2018 with the Butler’s purchase of B&E to become Butler Events. With the increased energy and vision, the NWES has now expanded to two days, 300+ exhibiting companies and a full complement of education and inspirational speakers. Advertising opportunities continue to expand with up-to-date, mobile friendly websites…and there are still two printed guides with all the resources a planner needs.
